Takes Blogger forever to download anything but finally was able to show my new quilt.

I was given a small ceramic elephant as a child, and have had it with me all these years. When I came up with this new technique, I was so excited and so decided to make this quilt in honor of my little elephant that has followed me around the world several times.

Hi Sheril, it was a perk in an already great day to be able meet you yesterday in the workshop with Hollis. I love the depth on the elephant!

I love the elephant! I really like the look of all of the different fabrics and how they all end of working together.

The elephant is so great! It reminds me a bit of Susan Carlson's work.
