IN MEMORY OF BARBARO PATTERN

Finally, finally for those of you who have been very patient with me, I have made a smaller version of the Barbaro quilt, and am now able to offer a pattern.

My quilt is 27" x 37". Of course the fabrics are somewhat different but the coloring is the same as the orginal. I flipped him, so when you look at the orginal he might look a little different.

The cost for this pattern is $12.00 plus $1.35 for shipping and handling.

If you are interested in purchasing this pattern, just send me a check or money order to the following address.

WORKSHOP

The top picture is my project, but simply lying on the background. Until she framed it I wasn't sure I liked it. Now it is all sewed down and ready to quilt. Perhaps next week.

Below is the group. Notice we had a man participating !!!!!!!!!!!!!! That's me in the middle row in Red.

Here's a picture of Jane as she walked around to each table and helped us keep on track. She teaches a lot like I do, hoping to push each student to do their own creative thing.

Jane Sassaman Workshop

Just before I went to California I took a workshop at Crestview Catholic Retreat Center in Danville, Ky.
The featured teacher was Jane Sassaman, who I have wanted to do a work shop with for many years. I was not dissapointed, and learned many new things. Plus the group was very diverse and the food was wonderful.
